I just picked up my holiday edition of Something Extra. To my surprise, there was a couple of baking recipes that were gluten free! My 8 year old son was recently diagnosed with a wheat allergy and I am always looking for a simple and tasty gluten free recipe just for him. I would love to see one recipe, in each edition, gluten free. It makes my life a little easier, especially when my son picks up your magazine at the check out counter and points out all the things he wants me to make for him.
Thanks again!

Thanks Michelle! We have a whole spread on gluten-free baking recipes coming up in January in our Winter issue.

Hi,
How do you submit photos for "Where in the world is SE?"
Thanks.

I love the new SE - but I have a question about the "Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes" recipe on page 32. Step 4 states "Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve." The recipe stops there. Surely, they are not intended to be served cold?

Thank you SE for helping me to live more "clutter free". After cruising through your online archived editions, I realized that I can eliminate/recycle back issues. Hurray for me! I've emptied another drawer!

Is there anyway to add a shopping list to go with the recipes in the something extra. I caregive for my 90 year old mom and husband with Parkinsons and it would save me a step when I see a recipe I like in your magazine to be able to just cut out a shopping list and give it to my helper knowing she could then pick up what I needed. Thanks. I love the new SE and can't wait to try many of the recipes. PS: Thanks for giving the Weight Watcher points for the recipes too. More time saved !
